Our mission
Young people today are more than ever in need of direction, meaning and connection.The mission of the IUNO Foundation is to ignite the innate potential of a new generation of young adults from all over the world. Our programs focus on students (higher professional education and university) who want to make a difference in society. They are the future leaders, employees, entrepreneurs and scientists. Through Masterclasses, Dialogue Sessions and Experiential Leadership programs, we want to give this group, who are at the beginning of their careers, the opportunity to discover their innate potential from within and shape it in society in a way that fits naturally.
Our role

IUNO wants to contribute to a strong civil society in which young people are not merely prepared for a job but for engaged citizenship. We operate in the civil society space between education and society. By connecting personal meaning with leadership and creating space between the (educational) system and the individual, personal growth and new opportunities can arise and flourish. IUNO teaches young people to act from their inner compass and process, not just from KPIs or protocols. Students learn to connect their personal values with social responsibility that resonates with their innate potential. Because we believe a healthy society starts with young people who learn to understand themselves and connect with others. That is where personal growth becomes public value. IUNO is a training ground for that attitude of inner freedom, dialogue and responsibility.
Our educational programs
We offer several educational programs to ignite the innate potential of this new generation:
Masterclasses 'Manifest Your Potential'
​IUNO Foundation has developed a series of masterclasses on a number of broad social themes. In these programs, students are exposed to new perspectives and approaches to social themes and build new networks. In addition, they are encouraged to share their vision and ideas on social themes and learn how to present themselves and make themselves heard. By actively connecting them with speakers from the scientific community, (international) field experts and a diversity of relevant organizations, opportunities arise for them to further discover and shape their interests and talents. For each session, we invite experienced speakers who share their perspectives and engage students in the topic. Afterwards, there is room for reflection and further exploration.

Dialogue sessions
In order to put what has been learned into practice, we organise dialogue sessions on the same themes between management and experts from the business community, NGOs, government and students, where they can share their views and put their development into practice. In this way, organizations come into contact with potential employees and talent for the future.

Experience-based and in-depth leadership program 'Ignite Your Potential'
To reinforce the above and facilitate personal growth, we offer a two-day leadership program for students who want to deepen their knowledge. The “Ignite your Potential” program is tailor-made for a new generation of students who want to link their personal questions to a deeper understanding of how they can unlock their innate potential and how they can apply it during their studies or afterwards. It is intended for talented young people who want to live and lead with clarity, depth and alignment – in connection with themselves and the world around them.
The program is a clear, grounded exploration of how inner knowing and outer choices influence each other – and how lasting change is unleashed from within in a way that fits naturally.
Based on a modern vision of unlocking potential and putting it into action, this two-day experience offers practical tools and principles for understanding and shaping what feels and lives within. Each participant works with his or her own (personal) interests and questions. During the program, new insights emerge about how to connect with the potential that is present and what is needed to realize it. Participants discover new possibilities and find concrete tools to put this into action.
Questions such as: “How do you gain a deeper insight into what drives you, your passion and your unique talent? How do you then apply these insights in your education and/or work to achieve real growth and meaning? What obstacles do you encounter, where does your true desire lie and how can you further develop and apply this?” are central.
Community
By attending dialogue sessions and/or alumni meetings, participants will remain connected and can continue to exchange ideas with peers. We also offer former participants the opportunity to continue to play a substantive role that suits them, so that we can further expand the community together.
